In this process, only necessary information is shared to verify user mobile numbers and ensure accurate data representation. Users can only create accounts using their own information within the software.

- User accounts in the app are created and managed solely by the respective schools. Parents cannot create accounts themselves; they are provided with login credentials by the school to access their child’s attendance and transaction information.

- Parents can create a password or reset a forgotten password directly within the app. This feature ensures that parents can securely access their accounts.
Account Deletion:

- Users can request account deletion by contacting their respective school. The school administration is responsible for processing these deletion requests.
- To assist users, the app provides an option to initiate a deletion request. Users can navigate to the “Profile” menu and select “Request Account Deletion,” which will guide them on how to contact the school.
- User data is not stored on the app’s site. All user data related to attendance and transactions is managed and stored by the school.
School’s Role in Account Management:

- Since the app is used to monitor children’s attendance and transactions, the creation and deletion of accounts are controlled by the schools. Schools have the authority to add or remove user accounts based on their requirements.
